How to Request Public Records
Please contact our office to submit a request for public records. A request can be initiated:
- In person;
- By mail, e-mail or fax; or
- Over the telephone (payment cannot be accepted over the phone).

Credit card payments will be assessed a 2.45% service fee. This fee will be charged as a separate charge on your bank or credit statement.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept debit, credit card, money order, cashier’s checks or Licensee checks in our office. No cash is accepted.
American Express is not accepted.
